Online Resources

We offer access to Overdrive, which allows our patrons to download ebooks and audiobooks. Click Here for Overdrive access.  We also have two e-readers available for our patrons to check out and read ebooks on.

There are several computers with internet access available for our patrons, and the library also offers free wifi. In the cafe, a Keurig waits with a large selection of coffees and teas. Comfortable seating areas in almost every room offer patrons a chance to sit and read, or visit with a friend.

MedlinePlus.gov provides information about diseases, conditions, and wellness issues. Find reliable, up-to-date health information, anytime, anywhere for free.  Use Medline Plus to learn about the latest treatments, look up information on a drug or supplement, find out the meanings of words or view medical videos or illustrations.  Get the latest medical research and updates on health topics that matter to you. Click here.

Community Gathering Spaces

The Woodman Room allows an area for meetings, community gatherings and more.

Librarians

Of course, the greatest resource of the Sanbornton Public Library would be the librarians themselves.

  • The director will cheerfully help with patron questions.
  • Martha Bodwell is always ready at the circulation desk to help, and to fill inter-library loan requests.
  • Cheryl and Christian can be found part-time at the library, but are none the less knowledgeable to track down answers for you.
